We rent to families only. No groups or parties (weddings or receptions) permitted. If either is found you will be asked to vacate immediately and forfeit any money already paid. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the rental units. Smoking allowed outside on decks or porches. June 1, 2013 - August 17th 2013 we only rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday.
Monthly Rentals for September begin after Labor Day.
50% of balance is due upon booking. Remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. If booking within 45 days of arrival, you authorize Pensacola Beach Rentals to charge the remaining balance of your reservation within 24 hours of booking. Pensacola Beach Rentals accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks.
To prevent a potential loss, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Guard Trip Insurance. ALL cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. If we receive an email stating intent to cancel at least 91 days prior to arrival date, any prepaid rent less $75 cancellation fee shall be returned. If we receive an email stating intent to cancel 90 days or closer to arrival date, tenant forfeits all prepaid rent.
