Location, location, location! This gulf front condo is spot on. Each year the owner accomplishes renovations. This year the entire unit had been painted. The year before new furniture and appliances were purchased. The unit was spotless and well maintained. The management company does an excellent job. Owner"s cage has beach chairs and umbrella.

It was our first time in Pensacola. We loved how easy going and non crowded it was. We definitely will be back again.

We were here for a college baseball tournament and it was the best place to call home. Comfort all around. The balcony was perfect for dolphin watching!

Everything was in perfect order. Check-in was seamless. This unit was recently updated and is like new! It turned out to be tailor-fitted for our needs. The gulf views from the 15th-story living room, bedroom, and deck were gorgeous. This condo building is right on the gulf. There are no other structures blocking the gulf view. The 80-deg heated, outdoor pool was a bit too cool for us during our early March visit, so we spent our sun-bathing time in the adjacent hot-tub. I presume that the large, unheated, main pool will be very active on warmer days. The boardwalk from the pool area to the gulf beach was in great shape and easily manageable. The only issue we faced, a non-working CD remote, was addressed immediately. Literally nothing disappointing to report!

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the clean updated rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic view! We appreciated having a storage space downstairs with beach gear for the short walk right out to Pensacola Beach. We were within walking distance for restaurants, and entertainment and just a short drive to Gulf Breeze for grocery shopping. It was a scenic drive to Navarre Pier to catch some fish and some were being caught at Pensacola Pier, too! We went to the Gulf Breeze Zoo, watched the Blue Angels, and even hit an offshore fishing charter trip.

Recommendations for renters/guests: Bring your own beach towels, be sure to lock the storage cage, buy extra garbage bags and use the garbage chute at the end of the hall, do use a cart from the lobby to haul groceries/ luggage, use a towel to darken the guest room windows, be patient as area restaurants are extremely busy but the food was great!

Very well maintained unit in a very desirable condo building. Walking to restaurants and shops is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll. The gulf front area is just beautiful. All the furnishings and appliances are new. Checking in and out very convenient.

After not seeing each other for nearly two years, my SIL and I had five wonderful days overlooking the ever changing gulf.

THE RENTAL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY EASY AND THE STAFF VERY SUPPORTIVE. ALL WENT AS PLANNED AND THE PROPERTY WAS AS SHOWN AND ADVERTISED. VERY SECURE PROPERTY AND THE PROPERTY WAS WELL STOCKED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WOULD RENT IT AGAIN. THANKS.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable. The only suggestions would be to add a few things like wine glasses. Also the master bedroom mattress was hard. But overall very nice stay and great location

We were thrilled with everything during our stay. Condo was great, view from balcony was incredible, even saw a dolphin swim along the coast! Our family of five was very comfortable, kids loved using the trash chute. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Outside of Zeta, it was a good visit and location. Easy access to the beach and the pool area was nice. The unit was nicely furnished. If I had to critique anything, it would be the king bed was pretty uncomfortable (totally subjective) and the front door lock (key, not keypad) was a bit difficult to lock/unlock, but not a major issue.

We came in after the hurricane. Even though they were on the mend, they were helpful and eager for us to arrive. The condo was in a great location, clean and beautiful. Would stay again!

We went with another couple and had the best time. The condo was everything it says. The views were amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked (that’s a biggie for me) Plenty of room and supplies. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We had a fantastic time at this condo. We had everything we needed. It is very comfortable and has a view to die for! The beach, Gulf, pool, and hot tub, what else could you ask for! This is my second year at this condo. I am already planning on my next trip!

This was our first trip to Pensacola and we could not have been more pleased! This condo is in the perfect location! The beach was amazing - the condo was very well stocked and comfy! It was perfect! The balcony is amazing! Also the rental process was easy and Pensacola Beach Rentals took great care of us. I would highly recommend this condo and this company for your vacation! We will be back!

This condo is perfect. I sent the week there to watch the Blue Angels fly. It is very comfortable and well appointed. The view on the 15th Floor was incredible. I have seen the Blue Angels for many years but never like this.
