N5 Villas on the Gulf

This property is Gulf front and provides an amazing view. The decor is beach chic and well stocked with good quality kitchen and dinner wares. Hard to conjure up a complaint but wifi comes in and out and the only thing lacking were coasters and perhaps an additional wastebasket.

This rental has the best stocked kitchen ever! High end cookware comfortable bed and best of all an amazing view!! Wonderful for those times you want to enjoy the beach in the cool

My husband and I love staying with Villas on the Gulf every May for our anniversary. During Labor Day Weekend, I stayed there with some friends. I'm never disappointed.

We enjoyed our vacation rental. Beautiful spot, great location! A quick walk to the beach, beautiful sunrise every morning, short drive to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend and stay again

The condo was perfect. The master bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the twin beds. The size a was perfect for the two of us. They had a walk in shower which we preferred and the master had a shower tub combination. The furniture was comfortable. We very much enjoyed the balcony table and chairs. We had gotten too much sun a d the balcony made you feel like you were on the beach. There was a nice beach access near our unit. Bring your chairs,umbrellas and beach wagon. We didn't know that we needed to be aware that the sun reflects up from the white sand. It was our first Florida gulf beach experience. We had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our vacation. Only inconvenience was the utensil drawer has the trays glued in and the knives got stuck. We had a hard time getting the drawer open. I would suggest NOT putting the big knives in the holder. We did have a noise issue one night with kids running back and forth in the unit above us. The management company doesn't own that unit so there really wasn't anything they could do except call the management company that does own it and have them ask the guests to be mindful. The walls are pretty thin.
The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Oh and there's a pond for fishing on site. Pan fish and bass. My husband enjoyed that. He just did catch and release.

Wonderful view. Great balcony with collapsible table to enjoy dinner outside. Clean. Great location. Kitchen equipped. Will stay again!

The condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. No issues with this particular condo unit.

Our wedding anniversary is May 19. We like to stay at Villas on the Gulf each year during this time. We have always been pleased with the Condo; we prefer to use N5 but have used others if not available. We have always had a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

We absolutely loved staying here during our vacation. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Just steps away from the beach. The balcony was such a plus. Everything was so clean and in order. We will definitely stay here again. I honestly have zero negative comments about this rental.

Excellent location right on the Gulf that’s why we have stayed here so many times. Very well stocked kitchen!

One of the better units we’ve ever rented. Perfect location. Up one flight of stairs and we could see the entire beach left to right. The condo was in great shape, very clean, the bed was comfy. Full size washer and dryer and the kitchen was completely equipped with high end items. The refrigerator was a bit hard to get into. The location made it unable to open the door fully open but not a big deal. The balcony had shade all day and was furnished nicely. Short walk to the beach down the sidewalk. We will definitely rent this unit again.

This condo is relatively updated and furnished. It really shines when it comes to its location. VIllas on the Gulf is located on a more quiet stretch of Pensacola Beach. The balcony of this unit literally floats at sand dune level. It is one of the best to sit out and enjoy the sunset. I have stayed here twice and will probably be back for a third time!
