Family staycation. Perfect property

Great stay here for the Blue Angels show. Awesome view off the back deck and easy to get to the beach. It was great for our family gathering in November. And a big shout out to Gopher carts, they picked us up quickly right at our garage and took us wherever we needed to go for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend them also.

It was our first family vacation with my three kids, spouses and 4 grandchildren (12, 8, 3, 2). I chose this townhouse for several reasons: it had the perfect number of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for our needs, it wasn't a highrise condo building but rather a townhouse with direct access to the beach and the photos of the interior looked nice and welcoming. We couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and various points throughout the day and evening. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for the 2 kids who slept on sofas and for those who wanted to be cozy on the couch or in the chair while reading or watching tv. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked a lot so I almost brought my favorite kitchen knives from home. I'm glad I didn't, because there were plenty! The ice and water dispenser in the refrigerator were great. We didn't have to pick up ice or bottled water for drinking. We used CocoLocos Beach and Sports Rentals for chairs and umbrellas but there were a few chairs and beach toys in the garage if we had needed them. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful, well kept property. Everything was in working condition. We loved that the property had an ocean view with beach access. We made use of the kitchen and it had all the needed appliances, dishes, accessories needed. The only thing I think that could be improved upon is the windows needed to be cleaned better and Beach chairs/umbrellas provided for. There was a service you can call to help set up the beach chairs and umbrellas for you at a price. That being said, we loved this property and would go back again. The property management was very nice and quickly called me back when we were having internet problems. They were eager to help!

Great unit! It was spacious and clean and everything worked as advertised. The location right on the beach cannot be beat!
The kitchen has tons of counter space for meal prep and has just about everything you'd need. However, if you are wine drinkers there are only a few very small wine glasses. I imagine they have probably gotten broken over the years and not replaced, just FYI.
If I had a suggestion for the owner it would be to invest in a gas grill. All the units around you have one and it's much safer and more convenient than charcoal. Also, somebody could have an accident one day with the charcoal grill and start a massive fire and destroy your wonderful place.
Overall we loved our stay at White Sands and would definitely stay in 469 again. We really appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly! Also the management company was great.

We have consistently enjoyed our stay at White Sands. Needed improvement: hose/spiket at beach needs replacement while shower much appreciated. Consider replacement in next year: carpet or floor covering of your choice-a laminate would be easier for guest to keep sand out of. Carpet pretty worn, dirty feeling. Master suite BR door sticks @ 3/4 open. Thank you for the stay, Pensacola Beach always lovely.

We had a multi-family group of 11 staying here and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out, large kitchen for cooking for all of us. It was very clean, great view, and perfect location at the beach. Our only complaint was extra parking was down a good ways from the house. Otherwise, it was excellent. I would stay here again.

Very accommodating for a lage group.

I did miss the elevator that was in other condos that we had stayed in. But as a whole the condo was very nice. We do travel with a Yorkie.

We went for a famil get together and rnjoyed every minute.

Everything was as described. The condo was beautiful, just steps from the beach. Near all restaurants and it had everything we needed. The 2+ car garage with an extra refrigerator was nice. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay. There is so much space, considering we had 11 people, the view is incredible, and the house was very clean. The check in was super easy and the garage was a huge bonus! I will definitely stay here again!!

We love white sands because it is always the perfect place for a large family vacation. We rent several units and enjoy the ease of getting together and cousins allowed & able to go from unit to unit. Plenty of room and fully supplied for all our needs

This was a wonderful property for a group of 12! We were able to bring our two dogs! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and a great location. We are already planning our trip for next year. The property management was pleasant and easy to work with! We even got to check in early with no extra charge!

Our stay in Pensacola was great, the weather was great, the condo was great. PB Rentals was a great company to work with, and the entire family is already talking about a return next year!

A great time was had by all of the family. Safe-to the beach passage for the grand kids, great weather, great food.....but most of all great memories. KdK

We have been vacationing in the Pensacola area for over 30 years. Absolutely love it! We have stayed in the White Sands townhomes several times over the years. The proximity to the beach and all the activities in the area is perfect! This unit that we stayed in needed some updating/TLC. The decor and the bedding are definitely showing their age. Again... Needs some updating. We had a couple very minor issues in the unit. Called the property manager and they addressed them both immediately. They were prompt, professional, and truly happy to help in whatever way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All & all, it was a great stay and a great week!

Another memory filled trip with family. This was our 10th year of multi family vacations. Location is key and the options of each unit allows for lots of family time

Perfect location. The accommodations were clean and had plenty of room for 3 couples. We would love to stay here again. Only a couple of suggestions it would be nice to have some beach chairs and more comfortable seating in the living room area.

Wonderful time had by all. Lots of space, yet we felt we were together. The townhouse was amazing, the view, the beach, and even the weather was unbelievable.

The property was nice. A little disappointed that I had to pay more and everything that we wanted to go to was closed.

This place has great amenities and lots of space for our family. I really liked having 2 king size beds and lots of queen beds and even a pull out couch for more sleeping space. The granite countertops and kitchen were great. The place even had a fridge in the basement for storage of more ice and keeping more beverages cold which helped out tremendously. The check in process was simple and the instructions were easy to follow and the rental place was so helpful. We had a couple of issues and they were fixed in a few Minutes ( that team is great to work with). The balcony had lots of chairs for our large family and you cannot be more convenient to everything the beach has and the social lif has just down the street.

We returned year after year and this place feels like home. Love the location and the size makes it great for the entire family. Plenty of room for food, games and simple fellowship
