523 Starboard Village

The view of the Gulf was great! We simply walked past the pool and onto the almost deserted beach during our stay for long walks on the beach. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated with comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked. A bike trail and the Bay are directly across the street.We would 100% want to stay again.

My husband and I were lucky enough to spend the whole month of January in this unit. It’s very spacious and has great views! We were there for the historic snowfall in Pensacola and it’s something we’ll never forget. Jackeline was wonderful and addressed a minor issue immediately. We hope to return next year!

Ideal location right on the beach. A quick drive or free trolley ride to the boardwalk and pier area if you want to go but far enough away to avoid a crowded beach. Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well supplied with cooking essentials and dishes. Property management took after hours call and responded quickly to a question we had. Great experience can’t wait to go back,

Great location, very family friendly! The place is clean & adorable with plenty of comfortable sleeping space! Bathrooms are all new and clean! The entire place is just great! All amenities with covered secure parking! The balconies and seating are also great!

We had an amazing stay at 523 Starboard Village. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy beach access, and walkability as well. Loved it!

We had a great time at the Shine Bright. Great location. We loved the keyless entry and the covered parking too.

This condo was very clean and everything looked so nice. We had no complaints at all!! They even sent a text and got to check in early, which was nice after a 10 hour drive!!

Thank you, it was lovely. Your staff allowed us to check in early. The dishwasher wasn't working and the maintenance was wuick and successful. I forgot his name, but a very nice man.

This rental was perfect for our family of 5!! The location was superb! Pool right out front of our room and beach access just beyond that! Beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was very clean, up to date, with comfortable furniture and beds. Very spacious, my family didn’t feel right on top of each other. Cozy feel!! It felt like home away from home. The only one thing I would change is putting an actual fitted sheet over the mattress pad on the beds, instead they just had flat non-fitted sheets laying over the mattress pad. There were plenty of bath towels and even four beach towels. You have access to two garages for storage if needed, however we only used one. Pool and pool are was kept very clean at all times! I would absolutely stay in this condo again! We loved it !

This turned out to be the perfect accommodation for myself and my 3 grandkids with their Mom and Dad visiting most days too. It’s so much better than a hotel when you’ve got hungry kids wanting snacks and meals many times a day. Nice large kitchen with everything you need! Plenty of pots and pans, flatware, dishes, slow cooker, coffee maker, blender. All appliances including washer and dryer. 2 nice size bedrooms, each with its own bath and also a half bath on the main floor. Plenty of room for 6 people or 7 with sofa. I love that the beach is right there, don’t have to walk across a road to get to it. Nice big pool, well maintained. The view is awesome of both the pool and the beach. Great seafood restaurant within walking distance- Peg Leg Pete’s.

everything we could ask for pleasant weather, calm gulf, rough gulf, beautiful water, Beach and rental! The location is awesome although we enjoyed viviting family and the city you never have to leave Pensacola Beach if you so desire as it has more then one can desire beyond the beach as far as restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We loved it!
We traveled a day to Destin which is also a nice location but from what we saw we prefer Pensacola Beach over Destin.

Being with the family and having two toddlers, this was a dream minus the long stairwell leading up to the room. Very spacious and quick drive to everything. Super accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Starboard Light. Newly renovated, the owners thought of everything. The balcony had great views and was always shady. The balcony furniture was comfortable and well made. The kitchen was super well equipped with great appliances. Starboard Village is a great location. The management company is the best, always responsive and helpful.

The place looks better than in the pictures. It has been remodeled less the showers (old shower tubs and hard to open/close water faucets). Excellent views from the LR, DR, Kitchen and master bedroom. Quiet, safe and clean. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook and bake. Great location, close to the shopping area. We ate outside on the balcony every day. It was lovely.
The people from the rental place were extremely nice. My brother visited from overseas for the first time and they prepared a nice fruit basket with a welcome card and left it on the dining room table. It was a great surprise and spoke well about the company.
Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.
There are a couple of improvements they can make the check out time and providing beach chairs and bikes. Currently the check out time is 10am. It’s way too early. Most appropriate would be 12:00. We stayed at other places where they even allowed us to leave at 1pm. (Check in is very late and check out is very early). Be aware of steps! To get in the house there are LOTS of steps. A nice great perk is the garage. Overall this is a great place.

Beautiful renovations in the unit and a gorgeous view. We had a wonderful stay!
