1605 Emerald Isle

Great location! Comfortable and spacious. Very convenient. All in all had a great stay. Loved the balcony, great for coffee and sunrises. Nice to relax before bed too. Great access to the beach. Pools were clear and clean. Would be better if this unit had beach chairs and umbrella package included with the stay. Entrance gate needs a light for night entry.

The location of this condo is perfect. The building maintenace team is very responsive and we would definately stay in this condo again. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for every dinner cooked.

Safe, digital security access, photos accurate on website. Small pool heated (bonus!). Had one maintenance issue that was handled immediately and professionally. Would have liked more silverware, but otherwise the kitchen is functional. We did not use the beach items in the storage room, but that was a nice optional consideration.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Only bad thing it just went too quick! Room was as described. Very comfortable and clean and WOW the view was amazing! Would definitely stay again! We cannot say enough good things about our rental agents. They were amazing. Thank you Hanna and Jackie!

We arrived early the day of our rental and checked with the management company. They had everything ready for us and we were pleasantly surprised that we could get in a bit early. The property has a wonderful view of the gulf beach. The location is ideal. The beach is easily accessed, the amenities are convenient. The building itself had some issues - elevator, gate and one of the pools all were not operational at some point of time during our short stay. The unit itself was nicely decorated and had most supplies needed. It would have been nice to have had a pot holder and a kitchen towel but neither was available. There were sufficient kitchen items for us to cook most of our meals and serve the four adults staying. During a severe thunderstorm in the middle of the night, the wind coming under the front door whistled loudly enough that it woke us. There were a few minor issues with the unit that the management company addressed immediately and professionally. They were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The location is wonderful and the views are amazing. You almost feel as if you are on a cruise ship given the unobstructed views of the ocean from so high up that you can’t see the beach when sitting in the living room. The best breakfast in town is directly across the street and it is an easy walk to all the restaurants on the beach.

The bed was extremely comfortable but the condo could use some updating. The paint on the cabinets is chipping, there is only the bare minimum as far as kitchen utensils and the pillows are worn down. In spite of these minor inconveniences we would definitely stay here again. We love Pensacola Beach and the location makes up for a lot.

We had the best vacation staying at this condo. Check in and check out process was quick and easy and view was just amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect,close to shops and restaurants. The view from the condo is awesome. It was very clean and functional.

Just some feedback on the condo. The floors were not cleaned well, lightbulbs were burned out, freezer shelf was unstable, master tub had some mold and the sliding door in living area was very difficult to slide. However, we loved the location, the view was spectacular and we really had a great time!

We had a wonderful vacation!! Loved the condo so much! It was perfect! Les with Pensacola Rentals was so nice to help and answer questions. The cage on the bottom floor for beach stuff was awesome!!! Highly recommend!!
