405E Regency Towers

This is our 4th time staying at 405E! 6th time using this company and we love it. Regency towers are located right on the beach and has a pool. We always enjoy our stay. I also enjoy being a little further away from the main (beach ball beach) you are close to everything but not right in the middle of the tourist area. Property is a little further down. This time we got locked out of our room at 9:30pm and a staff member brought us a. Replacement key in less than 20 mins (after hours no charge). Our garbage disposal wasn’t working and they came the same day to fix that as well. My only suggestion not really a complaint is to replace the master bathroom showerhead, and if you would like the rooms to be darker, I suggest you bringing something to cover some of the windows . They have shades and the views from the windows are fantastic but rooms are bright once the sun rises. Overall amazing company and place to stay! Karla is one of the regency towers staff(not rental company ) and she is super helpful as well.

Clean and surprised by ample amount of dish detergent, clothes detergent for 3 loads and soap they supplied to start.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Lots of parking. It had everything we needed.

We had a great time at this location! It was perfect for our family's needs for the week and we loved the proximity to the beach! I wish the rental had a few more kitchen items like some cooking basics, but overall, it was perfect!

We were disappointed that the condo was not keep as clean as should have been...the floors were very dirty and had not been cleaned. The base boards were not dusted nor were the window sills. The couch was very uncomfortable. We liked all of the condo with the exception of what is listed above and the staff was excellent. We do love Pensacola!

Great place to stay

My husband and I have stayed at the Regency Towers for 7 years now in different condos each time on our Florida vacations to visit our daughter whom lives in Pensacola. This unit was so beautiful with a balcony you can watch the sunsets from. It does not have a washer/dryer in the unit which is ok for a short stay but for an extended stay I would prefer the laundry facilities in the unit. Over all this is one of the nicest laid out units we’ve stayed at. Thank you Pensacola Beach for another beautiful visit by the ocean!!

This was a low key vacation and very much needed. The accommodations simply made our vacay wonderful. Loves the decor and the condo! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was just what we needed. The condo was very nice, only complaint is the couch is very low to the ground. The view from the windows and balcony were perfect. And a big thanks to the management for being caring enough to go check to make sure I didnt leave my jewelry after packing for our 9 hour drive home.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Lovely views. Nice, neat & clean. The rental company was very helpful with early check out and late check in! Will definitely be back.

This clean, airy, spacious unit was perfect in almost every way. Beside a HUGE main bedroom suite with a sliding door to the deck, the second bedroom was also bright and had a side view rather than a rear view, as is often the case.
The main negative is that it abuts the elevator shaft, so we did hear the hum of the elevator.
Also, though the living room furniture seems to be near needing replacement, it was fine.
We're glad we stayed there!

This is a great rental to stay in. Location, floor, access all good. Would/will rent again.

This condo has a BREATH taking view of the gulf, it’s beautifully decorated, and it was perfect for our family of 6. The beach is just minutes away with a lovely pool and the entire building is just really taken good care of. We were at the beach daily then we would venture off to eat at all local delicious seafood restaurants. The employees that take care of the building were also very helpful. One gentlemen recommended baby beach which is right down the road. It’s on the bay side and there are no waves so it’s safer for our littles.


We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful location. Hannah from the office bent over backwards to help us with our booking, and I highly recommend her. Super sweet!

Patio furniture was great, but maybe add another chair or 2. The view is so gorgeous everyone wants to be outside! Would definitely return!

We were very satisfied with the unit (405E) and plan to return next year.
While we were very satisfied with the unit we were not very happy with the furniture. In particular we would definitely like to see two recliner chairs instead of one recliner chair and a love seat.
Because of a bad back we were not comfortable sitting on the love seat or the couch. We would like to see the love seat replaced with a second recliner chair.

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable bed, spacious living room. Overall one of our favorite places to stay. David and team were courteous and prompt in responding.

We’ve been to Regency Towers for past vacations and I will continue coming back here anytime we vacation there in Pensacola. The premises are pristine, people are very friendly and the location is the best. We absolutely love staying there.
