The second/main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, 1 of 4 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony overlooking Fort Pickens Rd, a comfortable living room to relax in, a dining area for 12 guests, a convenient half bathroom, and direct access to your outdoor deck with steps leading right down to our world-famous white sand beaches. Ascend the stairs or take the private elevator from the 2nd/main floor to the 3rd/top floor where you have the master bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom, an attached private balcony overlooking the Gulf of America, a hallway accessible full bathroom, the 2 single over double bunk beds bedroom, and the 4th bedroom equipped with a king size bed both with attached balconies overlooking Fort Pickens Rd.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 29, 2027 through August 7, 2027, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
