Such easy check-in and check-out which provided utmost flexibility for us, much appreciated!!! Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals office is in a great central easy to find location. They allowed us to check-in slightly earlier than was listed as standard in VRBO because the property was ready and available. We were very grateful (with a past rental elsewhere, the property was not ready for check-in by the standard time listed, making us sit by the pool until they were done, after a long exhausting drive)! PBVR rocks!

The views were stunning and the condo is comfortable. Our experience was great!

The condo was conveniently located right on the beach. Views from the deck and private upper balcony were amazing. The beds were comfortable and large, tvs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, private, fully enclosed garage. The deck was a fun place to hang out and watch the waves. It was located near some really amazing restaurants. There was a nice, huge grocery store in Gulf Breeze, which had everything we needed for the week. There are some cute shops around Pensacola Beach that we enjoyed going to. The beaches there are pristine! We took our 2 small dogs to the two dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. The West dog beach was super small, and I wouldn't go back there. However, the East dog beach was huge and we enjoyed taking our dogs there. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our pets. The only thing that we noticed was the carpet was a little worn and stained upstairs and living room furniture was a bit worn as well. However, those weren't problems that really affected us. We enjoyed going to Fort Pickens, Gulf Shores National Seashore and walking the beaches every day. It was a quiet place to get some down time for a week and would definitely recommend for people with small dogs or kids. You do have to scoop poop here and anywhere else you take a dog, even the dog beaches. There are animal control officers out at the beaches and there is also a leash law. The local residents we met were friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at this home. They had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Stayed in December for Christmas and pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. Grateful for the elevator since we have a walker-bound family member. Pet friendly too, so no family was left behind. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic large well equipped Condo. Loved the layout. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It was clean and spacious. Master bedroom large and beautiful overlooking the ocean. Garage was huge! Everything was well kept and loved the back deck.

Very nice unit with a spectacular view. The unit was very spacious and impressed with how much space we had. Great place to have a family vacation. The unit was clean. The kitchen had a lot of space to cook in and appreciated the separate ice maker in the unit. I would definitely go back.

Overall, the place was very nice! It was perfect for the eight of us! Stocked well and in good shape! The propane tank was empty which was bad for steak night, but we survived. The only complaint in the group, was in the bedroom with two double beds. The mattresses are in bad shape and need to be replaced. Other than that, we loved the place!

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shopping, right on the beach, nice deck. Very clean and all kinds of room, master bedroom has a screened deck. Highly recommended! Made for a wonderful vacation!

This is my family second year at the rental! We absolutely love it here. It’s a perfect location, on the beach and close to anything else you may need.

This is our second annual stay at this townhouse. It’s perfect for us, family of 10 and could accommodate more. The elevator is a life saver for groceries and luggage. The beach is only a few steps away which is so convenient going back and forth. It’s a great home away from home with everything you would need.

My family and I enjoyed a week at 445 Ft Pickens Rd. Setting was lovely, weather nice with a couple of blue sky sunshiny days. Accomodations top notch--big benefit for me (at 81) was the elevator. Prompt response when coffee maker didn't work. A truly wonderful beachfront week

We have stayed on the beach in Pensacola several times and this was one of the nicer rentals we have stayed at. Easy beach access, close to restaurant’s, very clean, 2 car garage, beautiful views, very nice master. Plenty of room for our family. Will definitely return, everything was top notch!

Very nice place to stay on the beach! We had a group of two condos that we were able to book next to each other and gather on the back patio. Great location for bbq's and relaxing. Will definitely book again next year!

We had the best time and stay at Pensacola Beach. The condo was exactly what we needed to accommodate 10 people! The private elevator was amazing, not having to tote everything up the stairs made getting set in much, much easier. We have already booked for the next year and look forward to our next stay!

Only thing that would improve it would be new firmer
mattresses on all the queen size beds. ( only bed with
a firm mattress was in the king Master. Otherwise, all was very nice ! Will be back !

View and proximity to the Beach cannot be beat. The beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well stocked. Garage was great for storing beach gear and kept the cars free of the overspray. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.

We loved it! Lots of space, great gulf views, well equipped kitchen, great beach access. The only thing I would have wished for is some lighting in the complex for the parking lot area. It was pretty dark at night.

The property was very accommodating and convenient. The layout of the unit was really nice and the location in the complex was perfect directly above the boardwalk. Everything you need for your stay is there.

This was our family's first trip to Pensacola Beach. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 10. The condo was well stocked. The proximity to the beach was great and we enjoyed the beach not being crowded like most beaches in July. The private elevator was handy to carry in luggage and groceries. We enjoyed being able to leave beach chairs and toys in the garage. We will rent again from this company!

We loved everything about this place. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was equipped with every appliance and gadget we could of thought of. Having a private garage was an added bonus and made it super easy to unload and load our vehicle. The gulf views were fantastic and we loved being right on the beachfront. Our boys loved the elevator and thought they were "rich" with their own elevator. It was very convenient to have the elevator to carry all the food and baggage up to the kitchen and rooms. We loved that dogs were allowed in this rental and our dog loved it too. The doggie beach wasn't too far away which was convenient too.
I called management because there was no hairdryer in the house and she brought one over within 30 minutes. Super responsive. Our whole purpose of coming to Pensacola was to get my boys scuba certified and we accomplished that mission with Dive Pros, Pensacola. Staying in this house on the beach was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Pensacola. Thank you.

My family and I stayed at one of these townhouses before but it had been several years ago. As soon as we walked in the door and looked out those beach windows we remembered how incredible these properties are. I’ve been to beaches all over the world and I’m not sure any of them are better than Pensacola Beach. The views from these townhomes are incredible. If you want a great property truly on the beach go there. Every bedroom has its own balcony and the view from the master balcony is just beyond words. Home was easy to find, has an elevator which is a big help getting your luggage inside, great location that is close to anything you might need. Very close to local restaurants and boardwalk. . This one allows pets which was nice because we were able to bring our pups with us. We had several phone calls with him PBR and they were always quick to help and easy to reach. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed in this unit several times with various family groups and were so pleased with the updates that have been made since we were there two years ago. It was very well stocked with kitchen items, paper products, and bathroom supplies. It was also very clean which made us comfortable even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. I also appreciate the office staff at Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals. They are always prompt, professional and pleasant.

This is our family’s favorite place to vacation. The apartment is super clean and tastefully decorated with a fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Great place for small or large groups. The management company is professional and quick to respond to any issues that arise as well. You’ll love it here.

Nice and roomy and comfortable for everyone. The elevator made bringing in suitcases, and groceries so easy. Kitchen was well equipped, and things we used were in good working order. A great stay!

Private entrance/elevator to condo was nice-no worries of shared germs. Unit was clean. Kitchen was well stocked- plenty of dishes and cookware (if not too much). Provided plenty of towels. Also left ample amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid for almost our entire stay. We did need additional trash bags and dishwasher tablet.
Private beach had plenty of room to social distance. Direct access from front deck was perfect!

Only thing I can suggest to improve would be the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of a deep cleaning (crumbs in oven & oven drawer& a few cabinets and bathtub/shower tiles had some mold mildew in grout lines).

We visit Pensacola several times a year and this was one of the best. The location can’t be beat; only steps to the water. The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, well equipped and did I mention the location? We will definitely stay here again.

As usual, this location is perfect for our family. There have been some updates since our last stay which was really nice. This home has everything you could need and the elevator and location to the beach helps our wheelchair bound sister enjoy things much easier. Hannah in the office was amazing through all the changes that had to be made with COVID.
One note, the downstairs bed is sinking on one side.
