This condo is one of my favorites! The owners anticipated every need we might have and then some. It was beautifully maintained and furnished. The view is outstanding as the condo is right on the beach, just a short walk. The owners have provided beach chairs and other beach items, and even a canopy. Personnel at Pensacola Beach Rentals are a pleasure to work with. We had an amazing time!

2nd time renting this property. There was a couple cleaning issues addressed with Pensacola Beach Rentals, Inc., but everything else was wonderful. Will return in the future.

This as our 4th time to stay in this rental and as always, it was perfect. The unit is very well stocked, the deck has ample chairs and seating for our group of 12, the kitchen has every imaginable utensil and items needed to cook large meals for 12.We love the extra refrigerator in garage and the newly stocked activities in garage. It is so convenient to walk down the steps and head directly to the Gulf! We will be booking it again for next year!

The home was clean and just as beautiful as pictured. We woke up each morning to the waves crashing and coffee on the patio. We were beyond pleased with the kindness of the host and th ease of check in and check out process. We WILL be back again!

Wonderful condo for the whole family! Lots of seating inside and out. Comfortable beds. The view of the gulf is amazing along with the sunsets. Highly recommend!

Our group of six women had a fantastic experience in this rental. Excellent location, beautifully maintained grounds and condo. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage for our stuff. We had a problem with the coffee maker on the first morning, but the staff was on it right away and delivered a new one within an hour! Everyone I spoke with at the office was kind and helpful. Great customer service! Would book again.

The Condo is very nice! Great for a large group or family. Beach access is good. Close to several good places to eat and fun things to do.

We had a perfect stay in the townhouse. It is updated and beautifully decorated. It is also centrally located to all Pensacola attractions and restaurants-which made it very convenient. The home itself is very clean with excellent views of the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our 3rd year staying in this unit. We are a group of 12 women who have known one another since college and gather each Spring. This unit has been perfect for us. The large kitchen and bar are great for gathering, sharing meals and visiting. The unit has always been clean. We loved the new furniture on the deck. The water was exceptional this year and we could not have asked for better accommodations or weather. The second refrigerator in the garage has been extremely helpful for storing beverages. Anytime we have had to contact the rental company they have been prompt to respond and fix what was needed. The elevator can be challenging but after our first time I was able to use it with no difficulty. The kitchen is well stocked. The place is decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed in many locations up and down the Gulf Coast, this place is perfect. Close to action without being crowded. No beach boys requiring you to pay for chairs and umbrellas. Property was perfect. Seems like it is newly painted and refreshed. Very clean. Lots of room for lots of people. And the garage is enormous! Could easily fit two if not three (if small) cars underneath there. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Amazing view and great location. Steps away to most beautiful white sand beach of the gulf.
The White Sands townhome was comfy, clean and well maintained.

This unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very nice and roomy inside with plenty of room for our large family. Just a few steps and you’re in the sand ready to relax. We visited during the off season and it was wonderful to be on a private beach away from the bigger condos.

This condo has so much room and somehow looks better in person than the pictures. Check In was easy and the condo was clean. Sunrise from master and sunsets from beach were perfect. This will be our go to anytime we are in the area.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to return! The unit is
lovely and comfortable, and the beach location is stunning. Hope to return again to this slice of paradise!

This was the perfect place for 10-14 people and right on the water. The condo was well equipped

The staff was very helpful prior to and during the stay. We had a slight issue with the elevator and a stain on a comforter and they came right out to fix it and bring a replacement. The house comes with a tent, a few chairs, and some beach toys which was very handy since our small beach ten would not stay up well. I like that there is a regular coffee make and a k-cup maker so you are covered for whichever is your preference! The house is also just a pictures and literally just steps from the beach. There was quite a bit of typical beach wildlife too. We saw lots of lizards, sea birds, crabs and a few sea snakes.

Overall we would stay again for sure.

Keep in mind, this is a beachfront property so any handles facing the beach will have oxidized some so the handles are a bit rough. Again, that’s to be expected with something right on the beach.

This is our 3rd timing renting this unit and as usual it was superb. It can sleep 14 and we generally have between 10 - 12 women each year. The layout is fabulous and for a large group we love the long bar and generous seating so we can mingle and eat. The outside deck is also a great gathering place. The unit was clean.The location is excellent! We are directly on the Gulf and can walk out the back door, down our steps, and across the dunes to the beautiful teal waters of the Gulf. There are plenty of dishes, towels, and cleaning items. The microwave quit working Sun am but we were checking out that day. I spoke to management and the cleaning crew put the microwave in the nook and that was the problem. Having an elevator is fabulous for getting suitcases and packed items upstairs. I have always had a great rapport with Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals and Hannah has been outstanding. There is also a refrigerator downstairs in the garage which comes in very handy for beverages! I would highly recommend this unit.

My husband and I stayed here for just over a month. We have rented this townhouse 3 times. We absolutely love it. ❤️

My wife and I took our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren to Pensacola Beach for a vacation during fall break. The condo we stayed in was very comfortable and well-equipped for a family. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed 4 nights in a townhome right on the beach. It was great!

We had a wonderful time ! We loved our condo ! I could not get the bathtub to work! My only complaint!everything was very comfy! I did leave a few things behind that are precious to me! I would pay if you could send them to me! I believe I was in number 477

We had to postpone our trip one year due to Covid-19 shutdown, but it was well worth the wait. Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay very much! We were all very comfortable with plenty of space.Excellent kitchen equipped with everything for multiple cooked meals. Will definitely return on our next trip to Pensacola Beach.

We and some family friends rented this unit for a week and overall it was a wonderful experience! We had an issue with the cable not connecting properly to the bedroom TVs but this was promptly addressed and remedied. The beds were very comfortable and the only suggestion we would make is to have a more thoroughly stocked kitchen for cooking for larger groups! We did a lot of
Cooking and that was an improvement that could be made! Thank you all for a great stay!

This was truly a Christmas our family will treasure always. We so enjoyed the spacious condo, the gorgeous water and fabulous weather. My children and grandchildren are already asking if we could please do this again in 2021! I have never rented a condo with an enclosed garage, what a perk!!! Our family was thrilled with our Christmas at the beach❤️

Location was great. Condo was great. Long and thin. Took some time to get familiar with the layout. Elevator was a big help (3 stories). We went shortly after Hurricane Sally. The condo was in great shape and seemed unaffected by the hurricane. Definitely not true for some of the surrounding properties. The 98 bridge being out (not the fault of the owners or managers) put a cramp in the "convenient" location. Added 1 hour to a drive to Pensacola.

Our first time to stay on the Ft. Pickens rd side of the island and we loved it. Close to the shopping hub and resturants, and just a minute to the Tom Thumb. Condo was just right for our 6 adults and 5 Grands 4-11. Unless we out grow it, we will stay there again.

We loved our stay at White Sands 31. The property was spacious and accommodated our large family well. The kitchen worked fine for us, though a second oven would have been great. The location on the beach was perfect. A walkway (without stairs) made getting
onto the beach very easy. We especially enjoyed that the beach was not crowded. We set up our awnings each morning and removed them back to our garage area each afternoon. The elevator was wonderful to have on move in day and move out day. We didn't use it
during the week much at all, but having it to use for the luggage and kitchen stuff was great. The property was clean and we had ample towels, etc. We did keep the washer and dryer going everyday, but with a large family, we expected that. The unit has 2 designated
outside parking spaces and two spaces inside the garage. The only thing I would change about the property would be the balcony outside the living area. There is not a privacy divider between units except for a low fence, so there is no privacy when all the
families are on the patio. We had a few issues that need repair, but the management company was prompt with repairs. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Condo was everything we wanted it to be. It was perfect for our family of eight. Location could not have been better. View was fantastic.
