Condo was clean and well equipped. View from balcony is amazing. Everything was as expected. Easy check-in.

I came here a few years ago and stayed with my son and our dog, we absolutely loved the property. Slept with the door opened to the balcony to hear the water. Top notch quality property!

Condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Exterior was freshly painted. Location is far enough from public beach to avoid excess crowds, but close enough to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this condo. The location and views were amazing. It was dog friendly for my little 4# morkie which was great. Condo was well stocked. We had to get used to the tv situation since it wasn’t cable but other than that we loved it. We will definitely rent again, hopefully in October.

We loved the location, right on the beach, gulf front view. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. There were floats, chairs, umbrellas, & beach toys in the closet on the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely book this condo again!

The condo was great, on the top floor and Right on the beach. The view of the ocean was beautiful, crystal clear water and snow white sand. We watched the dolphins playing in the water every morning. It was a relaxing and wonderful time.

Perfectly located and nicely appointed unit in a very quite well kept older building. Best experience with a rental agent possible. Had a problem with TV remote and agent promptly came to unit and resolved.

Perfect weekend

This is a corner unit that has views of the beach from the balcony and the master bedroom. Couldn't ask for better location. The furnishings are modern and in great shape. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Spacious condo with a large balcony and phenomenal view! Easy access to the beach and pool. Plenty of parking available. Rental company was fantastic. Great communication and allowed us to get an early check-in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had never booked with this company before or stayed in this condo. It was terrific! From the welcome packet to the views and being allowed to bring our dog, it was great! We will be booking this condo and with this company again!

This condo was amazing. The views, the people, just everything. It was even great for our dog who was allowed to come. Very pet friendly! We will be back next year and can't wait! The complex is very safe and well kept. Very quiet location which is something we love.

My family has travelled to Pensacola Beach from Oklahoma and Texas for decades, and many of those vacations have been in Regency Towers - we stayed in 804E this trip and it was wonderful!

Beautiful condo! Great location! And the balcony is amazing!! The only thing that could have been better would be replacing the mattresses.

Amazing view, perfect place, leads to amazing trip

The condo was great with a beautiful view. It’s an easy walk down to the pool and the beach. The complex is very clean and well kept - very pet friendly too. PBVR staff were very helpful answering any questions I had - even where I could find gas during the brief gas shortage. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was perfect!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! I would say the master mattress could be updated.....however being able to listen to the waves from the master bedroom definitely helped with our rest!!! We had a great relaxing time at the beautiful Pensacola beach! We hope to be back soon and will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at 804E Regency Towers exceeded our expectations. The view from the Living-room, Master Bedroom, & Balcony was amazing! There is also an beach view from the 2nd bedroom window. We were able to bring our fur-babies and took them to the area dog park and dog beaches. There were four adults and there was plenty of space. The common areas at Regency Towers was clean and the staff was very friendly. The employees at Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals were extremely accommodating and helpful. I miss waking up to the beautiful beach sunrise and am looking forward to going back.

Great location!

I can not recommend this place more! We were on the top floor with the best view. The weather was cool so we fell asleep with balcony door open and woke up to the sunrise and waves. The condo looked just like the pictures. Very comfortable with a huge balcony and full kitchen.
The beach was nice and quiet and was so fun to walk up and down for shells. We saw sting rays when we walked in the late afternoon.
They could put some more blankets in the condo. There were shopping carts to bring in your things. Plenty of room to walk the dog. Even a dog beach not far down the road.
I forgot some of my cosmetics and they mailed everything back to me quickly! We will surely be back! We loved it! Quiet and relaxing
