Great location at desirable 8D South Harbour, located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Walk across the street to the sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach, or stroll to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk where you can dine, shop, and unwind. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 8th floor condo has glorious sunset views from the private balcony overlooking Little Sabine Bay. The kitchen features soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa accommodates up to six guests. For indoor meals and entertaining, there is a dining set and bar stools, or head out to the balcony for al fresco dining while enjoying panoramic views.
The spacious, almost 300 square foot balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with large charter boats headed out to the Gulf, paddle boarders, and kayakers enjoying the Florida sun. At day’s end, marvel at spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon, leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall, watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle.
The property has a sparkling swimming pool with year-round access looking out over Sabine Bay. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home. The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance, and a free beach trolley is available during the season. Nearby, enjoy charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises, parasailing, go-carts, and rental shops offering jet skis, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. South Harbour is an amazing year-round choice for family and friends to get away from it all and discover a slice of paradise.
We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.
Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Great accommodations and location. Once we parked here, I didn't need my vehicle again unless it was out of walking distance, such as NAS, or Fort Pickens. We walked everywhere else, such as the beach, pier, lunch, dinner. The porch offers great views of the bay and is a great spot to watch sunsets and relax. Inside was great as well with plenty of space! When we come back, this is where we will stay!

This rental was perfect for my husband, myself, and our special needs adult son! We had plenty of room and the units location was perfectly situated for beautiful water views and entertainment! The rental agency was quick and responsive and everyone we encountered was super friendly! Condo was clean and well stocked! Access in and out from highway was super easy too! We had a great time!

What an amazing property! We were there for a week, and had an amazing time. The property is immaculate, home away from home, except better. Super close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We will definitely stay there again!

Our 50s something party of four really enjoyed our stay at South Harbour. The 2/2 condo was laid out well, well equipped, and has a stunning view. Working with the rental company couldn’t have been easier. Everything we needed is close by and the most beautiful beach is across the street. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!! check-in and check-out was really easy and quick
The unit was perfect! It was clean, well maintained, decorated in a beach theme and the unit was well stocked in the kitchen!! The outdoor balcony was huge and could accommodate many people and had such a lovely view. We actually felt badly that we didn’t spend more time in the unit but it was so centrally located that we had so much to do and see every day! We cannot wait to come back!
